While the death toll of students and teachers is horrific, I am relieved to read of the actions of the CBP agent and tactical team in the deadly intervention that stopped the shooter. Decisive action applied with vigorous force will generally provide the better outcome than an interminable wait to gather every scrap of intel. Columbine CO should have taught that lesson well yet action is still delayed too often.
