The authors seem to think that a handful of adult victims of abuse who had screwed up parents is evidence that schools must teach nursery school kids about sex. But the authors (more on them in a minute) fail to acknowledge that few school districts have implemented controls and policies to restrict grooming behaviors (many of which aren't illegal) that often follows a similar pattern and, with regard to this article, are identical to what the authors recommend be part of the curriculum:

Victim selection
Gaining access and isolating the victim
Trust development and keeping secrets
Desensitization to touch and discussion of sexual topics
Attempt by abusers to make their behavior seem natural, to avoid raising suspicions.

Per a report, predators who go after children who are in seventh grade or younger are typically considered especially good at their job and can even be “celebrated” educators. Their reputations as outstanding educators shock school district officials and community members when the abuse is discovered. People cannot believe that such great educators could be abusers. The predators use being “great” at their job as a way to abuse children.

And if that's not bad enough, some of the systemic issues that have allowed accused teachers to get favorable exit deals and move to new schools with their reputations intact, where they may continue to abuse students...Lackluster prevention training. Poor record-keeping. Inconsistent policies from school to school and district to district. Union protections, costly litigation and disbelief.

About these authors, who NBC tacitly sanctions...Justine Ang Fonte "left" a pricey private Manhattan private school after it came out that she had shown a video to six-year-olds about little kids "touching themselves" for pleasure. Meanwhile, Ms. Carey is an "intimacy coach" who work with people who were brought up to be “good girls” release old-fashioned beliefs about what is “normal”, so they can identify and advocate for their true sexual pleasure and satisfaction.

Bravo to NBC for selecting this dynamic duo to defend the state giving sex Ed to 7-year olds, using uncontrolled grooming techniques.

Best way to protect children is now allowing democrats/leftists any access to them, period.

“Educating” pre-teens about homosexuality IS grooming.

The people who give a crap what NBC says about this, are the same people who don’t mind their children having “transition closets” or whatever they call them, in the schools.

“Lessons for young children include correct anatomical terms for body parts including genitals and having control over their “body bubble,” or zone of privacy.”

... except when it comes to mandatory, experimental, “vaccines” (which they just changed the definition of to include these).

“How can we protect kids?”

If it is involving sex education, then take it out of the school’s hands. Especially since they are not doing it in a controlled way. Primary education schools are there not to teach life skills, but to teach kids how to use the tools to become educated.

Proliferation was around long before school curriculum. How can a classroom teacher instruct sex education using nothing more than their personal knowledge which can be limited to “feel good” thought processes with no control? What happens when your 14 year old daughter wants to wear a dog collar and be beat up for gratification because an untrained person given the authority by the belief of immaculate conception says it is right? The schools have proven their inability to teach so they train. It checks the block.

“As sex educators...”
First three words identify the problem. Government has no business in the sex education of children, that should be left to their parents.
Prior to the “Department of Education”, we had fewer problems, kids grew up, got married, had kids, and grandkids.
Now that government is involved, the train is off the tracks.

Behold,

The presuppositional statement

How can we protect kids? By knowing that sex education and grooming are not the same.

(Weasel / groomer alert)

Favorite tactic of urinalists and con artists and flat out bald face liars.

In the branch of linguistics known as pragmatics,

a presupposition is an implicit assumption

about the world or background belief relating to an utterance

whose truth is taken for granted

in discourse.

Examples of presuppositions include:

Jane no longer writes fiction.

By knowing that sex education and grooming are not the same.

/\

Spit.

”Grooming typically involves secrecy…”

Like secret “changing rooms” at schools, teachers and administrators telling kids “don’t tell your parents about your preferred gender,” and school boards refusing to let parents see the curriculum? Secrets like that?

Here little Johnny. Heres $50 to spend at the adult arcade and house of perversion. You be good now.

Why no, they’re not the same. Proper sex education is what you give a child so they can recognize and avoid groomers. Sitting a child down in front of one of them isn’t a very good way to accomplish that.

So if this stuff isn’t a form of grooming, whether sexual or ideological, why are there sometimes admonishments to keep the stuff secret from parents?
