I'm afraid I've met too many "conservatives" who feel we need public school or else all children will never learn anything and we won't have anyone going to college. So sure, I don't allow leftists to access the little DoodleBobs' minds or bodies...but many of the righties are stupid, too.

Homeschooling IS the way to go. It IS tough, it can test your bank account and patience, but the payoff is worth it. Your children - even if they're not scholars (though test scores etc points to HSers being 'smarter') will thrive and become strong, independent people just like God wanted them to be.
