If this turns out to be true, this could be an ominous finding regarding heart disease. Amaloydosis of the heart muscle is a very serious disease with no known cure as far as I know. I worked in Cardiology for over 30 years and when we diagnosed someone with amaloydosis, it was pretty much a death sentence. With the only variable the amount of time you had left.
