They are fond of spinning various lies on quodverum and they are REALLY fond of catholics. (I would really like to tell you about some of the weird-a$$ intimidation I experienced on that board but I’ve already faced a good deal of retaliation just for things I said in the past.) Some of the lies may be in the interest of national security - in which case the abject pimping to which they descend, comparing TW to “Pliny the Elder” for example, is kinda..... eh, not too concerned about security of any kind. Especially in light of the jiggered election. (I don’t know what it’s like on there now because they banned me for anti-catholic bigotry, quote/unquote. I was just giving truthful accounts of my own personal experiences, brahs and brahnesses.)
It’s the toxic vitriol he spews at people when he disagrees. Our parting was not severe, but I when he was concerned with something I posted I didn’t want to risk getting QV in trouble or lose access to Thomas on a weekly basis. So I don’t participate there any more. I gain nothing from an online presence as it is.
I will add I’ve seen exactly what you are saying and the poisonous vitriol Saul will deluge people with when he’s angry. Yeah, not my style of interface. I tend to count such people as either unstable or highly toxic/abusive. The most appropriate response is to simply never interface with them ever again.
