I'm sure that I'm not alone one this. I am set to be interviewed by a reputable aerospace company. Their job posting states the following: "All prospective, newly hired, and/or onboarding employees must receive the COVID-19 vaccination in full prior to their start date with ULA. Vaccination is required as a condition of employment, unless otherwise exempted by approved reasonable accommodation."
How do I get around this?

Get a medical exemption. Flcc doctors will zoom treat you and write the medical exemption letter.
I am certain this can work.

ULA jumped on the Vax bandwagon early and has been brutal about it. If you are in the tech sector there are tons of companies and jobs in HSV that don’t do that BS. Look someplace else. PM me if you need any help. I may not be able to do so but I know the area fairly well.

You probably don’t. I worked for CVS for twelve years with an exemplary record. Got fired for refusal to get jabbed. They did allow for religious exemption but only a small percentage were approved. Moving forward, all new hires are required to be vaccinated. Best advice is to keep looking for employment elsewhere.

Don’t take the job/jab for any reason.
Find another opportunity that respects the integrity of your life.

"I am set to be interviewed by a reputable aerospace company."
The Biden Regime is requiring that all government contractors employees be vaccinated.
This hasn't been overturned yet.

If you want the job. Lie for the accommodations. Tell the employer whatever they need to hear. Heart problems. Religious exemptions. Etc. And just for fun if they refuse hint they are facing a huge lawsuit for discrimination. Time to start playing by “woke” rules.

I wonder if they will even check for a vax card. I do not recommend saying that you already got it of course.....
This here. Don't lie about stuff, cause that'll quickly get you dropped, but just don't worry about it until they explicitly force the issue. They may just assume you're good because you're in the hiring process, or they may require documentation. At that point, start the exemption process, and you may already be in a good position where they want to hire you so they're likely to approve it. Or, some I've seen, only ask if you're in compliance with the Federal thing, which allows for shots OR test/mask. You saying you're good, they'll assume you mean the shots, when you actually mean the testing/a mask. (And they likely won't enforce masks much once you' re actually hired.)

You have three choices:
Fight them in Court.
Apply to another company.
Get vaccinated.

The one time this came up for me I told them I wanted a medical exemption. I am allergic to everything these days, which is not the ONLY reason I don’t want the clot shot... and when they asked for my medical records I asked them if they knew what HIPPAA laws they were violating. Never heard back.

No, we don’t want to ‘play by WOKE rules’. Let’s let scummy democrats hold the ‘WE ARE TWO BIT LIARS’ ground all by themselves.

I agree with unread. So much has changed, that it is hard to know how to respond without knowing the state where it is occurring.

Alabama? Our governor signed a bill preventing employers from requiring the vaccine for employment. Is this some kind of defense contractor or something, that falls under the federal mandate?

The company is ULA. The job does not require a security clearance but just be ITAR compliant and thats easy. You're right about Kay Ivey signing the vaccine bill...so I'm not sure whats up with that. Maybe ULA Human Resources just hasnt updated their default company pitch to job prospects?

Vaccines are still required in healthcare as per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). So go for the religious exemption.
