It’s designed to take away the sovereignty of all nations that are members of WHO, when it comes to health decisions.
Biden doesn’t have the authority to do that, in fact no President does. He could opt for a treaty of some kind but even that would need to be ratified.
No doubt he’ll try because everything he does is the exact opposite of what should be done and can legally be done.

The U.S., under Biden, is who sent these amendments to WHO. There are 195 nations that have signed on to WHO. WHO votes on these amendments, and if it gets 98 yes votes, then it is accepted & adopted by the WHO Organization.
Now each country has 6 months to opt out of WHO if they do not like these new amendments. So, do you think the U.S., under Biden will opt out of the WHO?
