Techno Fog: Fusion GPS Loses Fight to Keep “Privileged” Documents From Special Prosecutor John Durham By Cristina Laila Published May 12, 2022 at 3:30pm 243 Comments Share Tweet Gab Share TelegramTelegram Gettr Gettr

By Techno Fog on SubStack:

We’ve documented the ongoing battle to obtain Fusion GPS e-mails and documents in the Michael Sussmann case. At issue in the Sussmann case are 38 e-mails and attachments between and among Fusion GPS, Rodney Joffe, and Perkins Coie. These 38 e-mails and attachments are among approximately 1,500 documents that Fusion GPS withheld from production to the grand jury based on “privilege.”

What Fusion GPS has to produce:

Today, the court in the Sussmann case made an important ruling and rejected, in large measure, Fusion’s assertion of attorney-client or work-product privilege:

All I want to know is who authorized the access to the NSA database, who searched for what, and what they got. All three are felonies.

This guy has been helping me try to understand this tremendous cluster of a case that Durham is up against. I've heard it called the most significant case in the history of US Politics and much much bigger than Watergate.

You are thinking unapproved thoughts and asking questions forbidden by authorized parties.

To gulag with you!

I’ll watch that, but we know these are very smart, very shrewd people with the best lawyers and unlimited funds.

Facts that the impatient FReepers need to bear in mind.

Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

iirc the NSA data or fibber? Data base was over run by multitudes of still unidentified (at least to me) “contractors”

Personally I feel these contractors got in via fisa process & if I had to guess, I'd day they were from fusion GPS &/or crowdstrike??

Imo it was a much bigger data harvesting operation than hildabeast’s filegate op

Well it’s a good news bad news type thing. While Durham Can’t use them in court ,at least not in this court, Being allowed to see them will perhaps give him a new direction to go should he be so inclined.

> “All I want to know is who authorized the access to the NSA database .....”

John Roberts signed the FISA warrant as it alleged Russia-Russia-Russia.

Russia collusion claim ==> NSA.

Explanation:

Contract killers need to know where their target is.

Someone needs to stalk the target.

NSA can ‘stalk’ anything.
NSA can spy domestically with FISA warrant.

Plane crashes, car crashes, food poisoning, accidental drug overdose, unexplained heart attack, Squeaky Fromm’s, John Hinkley’s, mishap playbook ...

There is an art to murder and assassination. And it can pay in the millions.

The noose is tightening on the Hillery Clinton organization.....from whichi the rest of the Dem radial at war with America party has distanced itself.

The Dem Party is more radical than Hitlery wants, and so they left her in the can. The current Crop of Dem Trotskyites will celebrate the dismantling of the Clinton wing and will dance in the streets at the incarceratio of Clinton running dogs. Its part of the revlooshun!

All of this should have happened back in 2017.

What ought to be obvious, beyond the fact that this trial is over a relative nobody in the system, is that it has taken Durham three freakin’ years to charge a minnow. Three years. And his sloth-like pace already cost him evidence, as seen in this case.

Even if he were going after real big fish (which I don’t think he is) they would all be Methusela’s age by the time he finally charged them.

You're right - go for all three. Let's get justice on this issue.

just read this...I'm confused.

https://thefederalist.com/2022/05/13/court-agrees-to-let-spygate-cabal-hide-some-of-their-emails-from-the-grand-jury/

Although the court held those 22 emails and the related attachments were not protected by attorney-client privilege, Judge Cooper nonetheless concluded that the special counsel’s office waited too long to file its motion to compel. “As a matter of principle,” the court explained, it would not “put Mr. Sussmann in the position of having to evaluate the documents, and any implications they might have on his trial strategy, at this late date.” Accordingly, the court held, “the government will not be permitted to introduce the emails and attachments that the Court has ruled are not subject to privilege.”
