@MrsT106
Here is @Kathy4Truth supporting President Trump before the 2016 election on TV.
She’s been a vocal supporter of his for years in the media.
She’s certainly one of the original America First folks out there!

Dr. Oz? Give me a break!
I hope primary voters in PA are thinking the same way...
Can’t have a Black female Republican... that’s forbidden
A CONSERVATIVE CHRISTIAN one.
They can’t argue the points so they have gone to smearing her.

Full-on...for 2 days. Coordinated.
... and they say she cannot win. LOL!
Imagine if the GOPe expended this much time, energy and money attacking the socialist scum who are dragging this country down?
Smells like Rove and China Mitch.
Not to mention PA phones being bombarded by robotexts.
And the rest of the Globalists....since she mentioned the WEF.
This is sad.
Kathy will win and unfortunately, lose the seat.
She sounds like one of those MEGA MAGA republicans Joe Biden keeps ranting about.
I hear that Oz is still a citizen of Turkey. Where are his loyalties going to be if he is in the Senate? Especially when it involves Turkey having the opposite interests of what the US wants.
I'm not particularly concerned about her thin resume, though let's be honest, it is very thin for a US senate seat, and she's overselling some aspects of her career. I was impressed by, but don't vote on life stories, and I don't vote on demographics, but I'd still be willing to vote for Barnette in the primary because she's been an effective communicator of conservatism.
The part that makes me very nervous about her ability to actually win was the delivery of her military records today. It was a quick turnaround, but also an amateurish one since the records were a little on the haphazard side and are conspicuous in their absence of any mention about her OCS acceptance.
her MOS was 71L, she should have been on top of the paperwork here. Also, if she was offered a commission but didn't take it, there's nothing wrong with that, but why bring it up? If she washed out, again nothing wrong with that per se, but she made it a bullet point in her biography, and as far as I can tell it's nothing more than a job offer that she didn't take. People with real achievement don't talk about opportunities they could have had.
She hasn't lost my vote, but she has big vulnerabilities to shore up, particularly in organization. She needs some evidence that she can organize and run a statewide campaign because if the attacks of the last two days are any indication, the PAGOP isn't going to do it for her. She also has very little time to do it.
Some of those criticisms sound like “she’s didn’t do things like a professional politician should do...”. That’s not all bad.
You can have whatever background you want, whatever approach you want, but this is a US Senate race, you may not have to be a professional politician as a career, but you have to run something that acts like and delivers results like a professional political campaign if you are going to even have a small chance at winning.
Looking at recent elections, it looks like getting your name on the ballot for US senate as a republican nets you about 2.2 million votes. Barnette, Oz, anyone. It looks like something in the neighborhood of 2.8-3.1 million votes is going to be what you need to win. How does the candidate get there? What are they going to do to find and motivate those extra million voters who make the difference between winning and losing?
Is she going to win over social media and Twitter? Her powerful personal story video certainly got some press, i think it was at 1.2m views. If every single one of those viewers represe ted a pennsylvanian voter who wasn't already voting for her, that would be great, but that just isn't reality. She has 144k followers worldwide on Twitter and 1.4k subscribers on YouTube. Most of her YouTube videos have low hundreds of views. Yes she's surging in the polls now and coming out of nowhere, but she has to have a core staff in ace to be ready for this surge and prepared to act like she belongs there. This isn't Delaware in the 1970s when a smarmy kid with good teeth could glad hand people in diners and win a senate seat with 100,000 votes, There are 67 counties, multiple major media markets and a divided electorate that doesn't get or consume news like it once did. It may not need a professional politician to win, but it needs a professional political campaign.
Well said and do for the most part agree.
Who is Kathy Barnette and why is she an important person that important conservative figureheads are commenting on all of the sudden?
