With respect to the left protesting at the homes of Supreme Court justices. Is it legal?

Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
But Doesnt this conflict with the first amendment?
Legality doesn’t matter any more in a country in which a totally corrupt administration blocks the enforcement of laws against themselves and abuses those same laws to punish their enemies.
how about all the near riots at the courthouse in Minneapolis during the Chauvin trial? There were also demonstrations at the judge’s home as well. Not a single arrest was made. I’m sure there have been other “demonstrations” at courthouses and judges homes across the country by Black Lies Matter and Antifa or just a general collection of left-wing kooks.
I have heard conflicting things, and I don’t know the specific law. It could be that marching outside of a Justice’s house, even chanting and shouting, don’t really translate to ‘intimidation’. I think they should - I think the SC should be off-limits - but I don’t know the law.
(I wondered this morning if they’re going to Roberts’ house, too - the crazies in the streets don’t know at all who may or may not sign-on to a final opinion.)
