That’s why we’re here ;-)
Owes it all to the Fat-a-way diet pill.
Starvation, Triple Caffeine and MCT oil will do wonders for your weight loss.
Tried the Butter and MCT in coffee Keto thing.
Rather use Cream.
Just avoid the half-n-half, lots of carbs.
Several years ago, I noticed that I lost a lot of weight even though I wasn’t dieting. Come to find out that it was the six cups of caffeine I drank each morning. I was happy to lose the weight. The problem was my blood pressure was 180 / 100.
A good friend of mine started fasting. Lost 80 pounds in 6 months. Only ate every other day. Sipped bone broth on the off days.
Lost his CPAP, and his blood pressure med. He was able to get the FAA to get those off his medical cert which is no small feat.

Gain ten years of life here and lose ten years of life there.
At then end of it all, I expect to break even and live my entire expected lifespan.
He had tits…
Let me know when he gets cut like Greg Norman. Thx.
I fear coconut oil would blow right through me.
I don’t like the extra pounds, but losing weight makes you look worse in the face unless you are a real honker, then you look horrible and need surgery after.
I thought maybe gambling away $40 million ate at him.
Diets and fads don’t work... Common sense, exercise and moderation do.
I always love the Big Mac, large fries and half gallon diet soda crowd...
Isn’t coffee supposed to kill ya?
Fasting is a wonderful thing for your health. Most of your hunger or need to eat is simply habit. Hard to comprehend but true.
You won’t die or suffer if you don’t eat on a regular basis. After the third day, I’ve found hunger pains go away. So does pooping. Hunger habit pains will sometimes be present but a glass of water will take care of that.
Personaly, I lose about one pound a day on average, some days nothing at all and I have a strenious lifestyle. It won’t affect your work or your workouts either. I had no problem running six miles a day other than an occasional lightheadedness which was banished by a short rest.
Hunger- the actual hunger will return on your bodies schedule, usually around fourty odd days or so.
BYW, the world record for fasting is a little over a year—look it up.

Has anyone tried apple cider vinegar? I’ve started it during Lent and it seems to be working, along with 18hr fasts.
