Constant conflict is actually often good politics, because the more you can inflame your supporters, the more likely they are to show up at Election Day," Clinton told the National Community Pharmacists Association convention Orlando, Fla., on Monday, CNN reported.
"And if they're more inflamed than the other side, even if the other side has more people agreeing with it, you'll win because your crowd will show up."

Both Right and Left depend on outrage to motivate voters to the polls.

One caveat: Like drug abuse, the user builds a tolerance, requiring more in order to get the same effect. Eventually the user hits rock bottom and totally goes clean, or ends up dead.
