Where did you pick up that she killed herself?
Are you thinking that the disease of mental illness that killed her was due to a stroke? Maybe OD. But some reports are saying suicide.

How else do you die from depression. It’s a mental disease, not a physical one, so she had to have ended her own life somehow. My guess is an overdose of pills. Most painless way to do it. Just go to sleep and don’t wake up.
It’s a reasonable speculation at this time.
CBS reported it as a suicide, then went back and scrubbed it, stating only “mental illness.”
