VLADIMIR Putin appeared confused and out of breath as he wheezed his way through his latest speech, threatening the West with nuclear weapons.
The Russian president seemed to struggle to catch his breath and paused several times during the address to politicians, stumbling over his words and looking exhausted.
At one stage, he appears breathless and stuttering, while on two other occasions, he seems to take quick gasps for air.

I was going off of memory. The vast majority of it’s population is concentrated in the western part of the country. Kinda like Canada’s population mostly in Ontario.

I just wanted to get the population number out there with some perspective. So, everyone understands that the Russian military “steamroller” talked about from the days of Napoleon to WWII based on population just isn’t there anymore.

We need Putin to last at least a few more weeks. Now that the Donbas offensive has stalled out, we need the Russians to stick around long enough for those new howitzers to open up on them.
I dare say, if the Stoly swilling spurt curd from the steppe uses even a small nuke there won’t ever be enough “half naked on a horsey” to fix his reputation.
We also need Putin to last long enough to order the forced conscription of the Moskali mallrat tick-tockers as cannon fodder for Donbas so it won’t just be Buryats and Kadyrovites being sent back home in pieces.

If the man knows he is dying he just might desire to go out with a real blast. For all his protestations of Orthodoxy, he is likely an atheist and has no belief in any sort of higher power or afterlife . That could well connote nihilism and the desire to end with the maximum effect.
