True, despite his TV tagline, he was terrible at firing people. And just as bad at hiring, which is the only thing that gives me pause about a 2nd term. Has he learned and will he do better?

Trump must be sensitive to criticism in this area. He seems always to hire based on upper crust credentials and Ivy League educational backgrounds rather than going with his gut.
