Federal Judge Steps In, Blocks Joe Biden’s Radical Plan To Stop Conservatives

Biden’s radical plan is about to hit a wall.
Socialist Democrats along with Biden have been using the violence committed by a few on January 6th at the U.S. Capitol against anyone even remotely involved, even if they didn’t take part in the rioting.
They are using lawfare to attempt to hurt Republicans, but, it’s not going so well.
An Arizona judge’s decision to reject an attempt to keep lawmakers off the election ballot because of their alleged involvement in a Jan. 6, 2021, “insurrection” at the U.S. Capitol likely presages the outcome of similar efforts in other states, according to the attorney who argued the case.

There has to be some sort of justice done to the malefactors pulling this crap....

Wouldn’t hold my breath... the only justice that could be imparted at this point would be from the almighty.

And the provocateurs who were in bedded in the walk through and were either FBI bad actors or others who were used to incite the crowd? Or the Capital Police that waived the folks into the Capital. This has Nancy Pelosi’s fingers all over it.

If an judge impeached and removed from office for bribery and perjury — Alcee Hastings — can run for Congress (and win), then there’s no way this shenanigans should stand.

In essence, Congress has to pass a law that there was in fact, an insurrection. Such legislation has not yet been passed.

Reading from the sourced article, this is almost comical: the plaintiffs want to cite the 14th amendment to justify their case, but they’re also picking and choosing portions of the very same amendment to ignore.
In short: they have no legal standing to sue by the clear language that they wish to do away with.

There was a real attempt to remove a duly elected president of the U.S., with a completely bogus allegation.
So, republicans would be completely justified to have those directly responsible and those remotely involved and those in congress who went along with the injustice, removed not only from current office, but from running for any office in the future.

To the leftists, a Republican running for office is an attempted insurrection.
What’s that? You say you want to CHANGE the way things are done in Washington? Bring power back to... the PEOPLE???
GUILTY!

I wonder if any of these members of the Capitol police were among the several who committed suicide soon after January 6.
