If Pooptin could have “wrecked every convoy that moves in nd out of Ukraine “, he would have done that before losing thousands of troops, before losing hundreds of tanks, armoured vehicles and trucks and before the sinking of the flagship of the Russian navy fleet.
Pooptin is incapable of stopping this.
