Jevgeni Zinitsev, Minister of Emergency Situations, Minister of Emergency Situations is always one who saves Russians from disasters and will receive Russian Hero title; KGB, FSB, FSO credentials - a man of the system, close to Putin.
I never heard of plans to storm the warren which is the Azovstal Steel Plant. I had heard about 2 weeks ago that Russia was considering flooding it with thousands upon thousands of gallons of water to reach those holed up in the many tunnels underneath.
This was to counter the chemical weapons claims floated by the West as to an imminent attack.
