I never heard of plans to storm the warren which is the Azovstal Steel Plant. I had heard about 2 weeks ago that Russia was considering flooding it with thousands upon thousands of gallons of water to reach those holed up in the many tunnels underneath.
This was to counter the chemical weapons claims floated by the West as to an imminent attack.
The other guy is sitting on the edge of his chair, not scooting it closer to the table. Is the pic in question a freeze frame of putin finishing scooting and turning his chair closer to the table? (after sitting down in it, the left hand bracing for pivoting the chair, the right hand pulling the chair in, his face and shoulders showing the exertion to do it.)
If that’s the case, then you could get a freeze frame of me doing the same thing every time I sit down at my kitchen table.

Could be. If one looks at it without honest neutral analysis, one can imagine any number of things. I have always had short attention span, and a habit of fidgiting with my hands while talking.
For instance: tie a fighter pilot’s hands behind his back, and see if he can engage in a coherant conversation. Some of the ones I’ve known seemingly can’t.
