NH mobile home slide. This one is insane.
Me and a friend went up there today to replace the shallow well water pump.
The first thing we discovered is that all the connections off the main line are gas fittings. No, I’m not kidding.
The second thing we discovered is that the outflow from the pump was going down through the floor underneath the home where they put in a outside water spigot then back up into the home to the cold water line junctions and then into the water heater. And that was leaking. No, I’m not kidding. Now all that mess is gone.
The heat tape on the mainline was not even plugged into anything. No, I’m not kidding.
The new pump is now installed. Next week we have to cut and reflare two copper water lines and re-attach them, fix a couple leaks and add some PSI to the holding tank. There’s a sensor in there that demands 23 PSI for the shut off switch to engage and it’s only at 20. All that is easily fixable we just ran out of time.
So that was my day today. Oh and they’re repaving the road outside my house tonight. My 140 pound male Great Pyrenees is not amused. It’s worth it though.

One interesting comment that jumped off the page at the Biden Laptop Messages link was at #233 Biden_Robert - About half way down was a single word post: COVFEFE. All this time when President Trump used the phrase ‘Covfefe’ we thought it had something to do with a cure for covid or something. It turns out he was trolling the deep state by using one of their code words that was sent to Hunter Biden! They really do have it all!
