Correct...think before we act.

We’ve gotten into trouble before being cute like this.

“Democrats have done nothing of note for years and I for one am against everything they are behind 110%. The leadership is nothing but liars and cheats.

Any and all rank and file registered democrats are simply too stupid to pay attention to.”

Agreed

Very well stated, my friend, very well stated.

Seems to me the amendment provides enough process, and a Democrat law could only subvert the Constitution. I’m with those who say no way.

Democrats always want to subvert the constitution. It’s a constant theme of their dictatorship goals.

They already have all the processes they need to remove a sitting president. They wrongly tried to use it against Trump. And now they are unwilling to use it against a clearly incapacitated one. The only thing I’m sure of is if you give dc a power, they will misuse it against us. The nsa, cia, fbi, dhs, cdc, tsa, the patriot act, and all the alphabet agencies have clearly demonstrated it.

This process should not be an easy process. It should be very hard to do and there must be proof of the highest degree.

“If it is made easier to remove a president, you can be absolutely certain the Dems will use it when it’s unwarranted.”

That’s exactly what I and everyone else is thinking. NEVER trust a dimocrat, NEVER! They are biggest bunch of back stabbers I’ve ever seen.

The bill would be more equitable/supportable, if it included members of congress too, such as speaker of the house and senate majority leader, and federal judges and SCOTUS members and perhaps even states governors.

We now face “the Agnew dilemma”. Nixon would have been impeached, except the Democrats were terrified of his VP, Spiro Agnew, who would take his place. So they hastily dug into the records of notoriously corrupt Maryland, where he had been governor, and found a scandal they could use to compel him to resign.

Biden is clearly in his dotage, and should not be in office; but Kamala Harris is a malignant tumor, so cannot be allow to become POTUS. But it is up to the Democrats to get her out of office, with the double damned problem that they have no one to replace her. Gerald Ford, who replaced Agnew, had no profound enemies in Washington, and otherwise was affable and relatively competent.

But the Democrats are a contentious lot, as well as filled with burning ambition. The number of candidates they had in the last presidential race was ridiculous.

What we need is serious election reform and we would not have a demented dementia person in office.

The bill would be more supportable if it involved only members of the legislative branch. Any other power by this legislative branch commission is an unconstitutional violation of the separation of powers. Congress should not have the power to decapitate the administrative branch nor to disqualify the judicial branch authorities except as already defined in the Constitution.

I have always believed that someone like Obama, who majored in Constitutional law, spent three years being taught how to avoid our Constitution. I just don’t believe law schools teach much else.

The GOP should make sure we have CLEAN, VERIFIABLE, EFFICIENT ELECTIONS

Congress needs to pass election law legislation that requires states to have 1/3 of their precincts perform pre-audit and post-audits each federal election. Pre audits are for registered voter database (cleaned, backed up) and visual confirmation all ballots to be used are printed on same paper and sequentially numbered. A post-audit should include some forensic elements.

Shortly there will be enough unlawful elections in the swing states to determine the 2020 election uncertain, and all fed officeholders, including POTUS and VPOTUS, Senators and Congresspersons do not have the authority of the offices they occupy. Let's have MTG file a massive quo warranto (by what authority) motion to remove that representation from the executive and legislative branches. Then follow current election law for replacing POTUS / VPOTUS.

Added bonus is the affirmation of BlackBeard to the Supreme Court comes under legal question, as fraud vitiates everything ... .
