Word on the street is that Amazon is an awful company to work for and the turnover rate is really high.
Why would a company that already has a bad reputation as an employer do a stupid racist “racial audit?”
Companies are basically being blackmailed into adopting “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” practices by their big corporate customers who threaten to stop doing business with them unless they do. Very true. And it's all being driven through the HR departments.
CEOs are also sensitive to these bogus awards being handed out for best places for blacks to work or for homos to work, etc.
Wanna bet all the companies mentioned have the same three top institutional ownership...
Vanguard, Blackrock, State Street...
Hopefully they find that all employees are part of the human RACE. But doubtful.

I have noticed the head guy is a white guy named Bezos.
He needs to be replaced and all his money distributed to woke “foundations”.

It would be sort of interesting if white ended up happening was that since whites can’t get a job they’re all on welfare and all the minorities have all the jobs and they’re the ones paying for it.
