COVID vaccines are not meant to prevent all infections, experts say. Americans need to reset their expectations.

The 45-year-old from Houston never left the house without his mask, he avoided indoor dining at all costs, and most important, he was fully vaccinated. But he still got sick.
“I was surprised because I was taking so many precautions,” he said.
It’s no longer unusual to hear of someone getting COVID-19 even though they’re fully vaccinated and boosted. Yet, many Americans are still shocked when it happens to them.
It is essentially another attempt to blame the people instead of the government for their misperceptions.
Could it be that Fauci, CDC, and others told them that if they took the vaccines, wore masks, socially distanced and quarantined that they would be safe and that people that didn't take the vaccine wanted people to get sick and deserved to get fired?
There are people still believe that the disease resides on surfaces and that Plexiglas works to prevent it. Fauci & Co. even silenced people who blamed the Wuhan lab. The CDC and Fauci and others spread endless lies yet they have never been silenced. Most of the media just repeated what they were told, with no questions asked, like puppets.
Anyone who dared question the vaccine, the lockdowns, the shutdowns of schools, the masks, the social distancing was silenced and called a conspiracy theorist.

That would be me, and I am proud to be correct from the beginning of "two weeks to lose more of your freedom." I have no empathy for those that have been wrong and continue to be wrong. My children's and grandchildren's freedom is more important than those pussies.
I wonder why many people NEVER thought they would be completely safe if they took the vaccines? And eschewed getting the vax just because they CHOSE not to get it. I know some folks were in the rock and hard place position due to employers incorrectly forcing them with threats of job loss. We remain “NON GMO”!
Supposedly the jab was all a person needed. Now we know to take supplements such as Quercetin and Zink Picolinate.
I’ve driven Uber since august and at least 50 riders have told me that they were double- vaxxed and some were also boosted. I’ve asked every single one if they caught COVID. All except for one said they had caught COVID, and the one who said no thought they may have caught it but they did not get tested. Of the 49,ALL said how lucky they were to have been vaxxed because their symptoms were mild. Presumeably they peered into an alternate universe and observed their un-vaxxed self suffocating in some ICU. Positively robotic. Maybe half uttered the classic “safe and effective” catch phrase as well. Sheep.
I fear for the USA.
More like a total lack of any skills related to Critical Thinking. Too many people are too busy swiping on their phones assuming the info is absolute truth. They have no idea how to think on their own.
The big-time vax pushers and hysterics have mostly gone unapologetically silent about Covid these days. Many of them can now be found in their new role as armchair warriors. You find them loudly calling out those who are hesitant about the Democrats latest wag the dog efforts to salvage the midterms by starting WWIII... a Putin supporter. Yes, the easily influenced among us continue to do the heavy lifting for their lefty masters.
It took liberal ineptness (is there any other kind?) to remove my trust in vaccines and their manufacturers. I still trust real vaccines. As for the ‘science project’ jokes fosted upon us by the known perps, well, when they insist on not being sued for their products’ ill effects, ‘nuff said.
Is anyone taking bets that someone will fall dead at the Boston Marathon?

Because it is a weak therapeutic drug, not a vaccine. No one takes a polio shot and expects a light case of polio, the same with measles and tetanus.
