Ukraine Has Mobilized Its Tank Reserves. They’re Already On The Attack

The Ukrainian army’s 3rd Tank Brigade reportedly has reached the battlefield around Izium, near Kharkiv in eastern Ukraine. The 3rd might be the first of Kyiv’s reserve armored formations to join the fight.

It’s a big deal. Several weeks after pulling its battered, starving forces from northern Ukraine, the Russian army is working to shift battalions south and east in order to redouble its offensive just west of separatist-controlled Donbas and along the Ukrainian coast.

But the Ukrainians are on the move, too. Units that spent the first month of the war defending Kyiv now are free to deploy elsewhere. Meanwhile, reserve formations that as recently as late February lacked people and equipment now are at fighting strength and have begun deploying toward the front.

Why?
3rd Tanks was not in the original Ukrainian OB. That is indeed a reserve formation.
I understand a lot of the reserve armor was in Kharkiv, and not immediately available for mobilization.

Both leaders of these two nation were trained at the WEF by Claus Schwab. The NWO of Marxist mindset prevails. We, the US need to back away from this war. Most likely the democrat Marxists will place us square in the middle of this bs, democrats always lead us into war.

From Forbes?

When is Ukraine going to march on the Kremlin? Any day now, right?

Well, with the Russians holding their victory parades in Kyiv (it’s all going according to plan, right?), who’s going to defend Moscow?

You can dismiss this as just propaganda if you want, but plain logic tells us that this kind of thing was going to start happening at some point.

Ukraine fully mobilized its reserves at the time of the invasion nearly two months ago. Those units have been organizing and ramping up since then. In the meantime, they've also received a lot of weapons and equipment from members of NATO. So, it stands to reason that those reserve units would finish mobilization and head towards the front sooner or later.

Russia clearly has more potential manpower reserves than does Ukraine. However, Ukraine was invaded and so is basically an entire country at war, and Russia is not. No mass conscription, etc.. Nobody is disputing that. So unless Russia decides to do a much greater mass mobilization than they have yet committed to, the balance of forces will start tilting more towards Ukraine over time. It's just a matter of numbers/national commitment.

Seems like it would backfire if false. Either the Division was constituted or it wasn’t. Rather easy to prove. Either they’re fighting or they’re not. Videos from the front will show if it’s true or not. Towns will change hands or they won’t. The southern push will be spoiled or it won’t.

There’s no benefit for the UA to make stuff up and then be proven liars. They can’t afford to lose Western support over phantom troop movements.

Whatever happens in Ukraine in the next weeks/months, it will prove Forbes and Daily Mail as very prescient, or very stupid and propagandistic

Nuance and deliberation is NOT in their vocabulary.

This is not a war between two leaders but between two countries. No matter who its president is, Ukraine has the right to defend itself from a foreign invasion.

The way the situation is evolving, Ukrainians forces are outnumbering Russians.
Russians pretty much used all available peace time military. Even pulling troops from Afghanistan border.
They only way for Putin to answer would be a full mobilization of Russia.
That may not play too well in Russia - full mobilization needed just for limited security operation?!

When is Ukraine going to march on the Kremlin? Any day now, right?

Why is it that whenever there is a mention of a local victory on the part of the Ukrainians that someone has to ridicule it by suggesting the absurd connection that they must now be marching on Moscow? As the defenders, to win this war all the Ukrainians have to do is keep the Russians from obtaining their objectives. They do not have to take Moscow nor is anyone suggesting that they could.

Please take Klaus Schwab and shove him.

The silly conspiracy theories are so complicated at this point we need a scorecard.

You guys need to step back, look at the big picture, and see that this war does not benefit the Klaus Schwabs of the world in the slightest.

Schwab and his buddies are basically a bunch of socialists who want to fundamentally alter western economies in the direction of "green energy", redistribution of wealth (controlled/directed by the elites, of course), and replacement of nationalism with globalism.

This war is doing the exact opposite of that.

First, there is now growing pressure across the entire western world to prioritize energy independence from Russia, and fast. That can only be done in the short/medium term through greater national reliance on fossil fuels. Remember, it was anti-globalist Trump who pushed hard against Nordstream II, and had lost to the globalists who were pushing for and financing it. It is now dead in the water because of this war.

The renewed NATO commitment to rearmanent has shifted national priorities in some countries away from socialist programs, and towards greater spending on defense. Again, that's exactly what Trump was trying to achieve during his term, with only moderate success. But this war has accomplished virtually overnight exactly what he was pushing for all along in terms of Europeans bearing more responsibility for their own defense. That's another win for us.

Finally, polling pretty much everywhere shows a surge of support for more conservative candidates. Le Pen is doing much better than she ever has in France. Biden's already bad poll numbers have cratered even worse. This war has been a disaster for the globalists if you guys just step back and look at it.

Actually the Ukrainians have an advantage here. While the Russia’s active duty invading force is made up of mostly professionals, its reserves are mostly conscripts. By law (assuming that Putin would obey it) conscripts cannot be deployed outside of the country. It would also be politically risky for his to send conscripts into battle. But if Putin gets desperate who knows what would happen?

You ask why they can’t simply discuss a news story about any Ukraine victory. I can see so many reasons.

1 They are so arrogant and sold on their conspiracy theories, they don’t see what childish asses they are being.

2 They are immature people, wasting everyone’s time with wisecracks when a serious subject is being discussed.

I imagine if we knew these people they’re the type who would storm out of your house when you disagree with them.

Not sure if they’d accuse you in person of being a paid Soros agent, but that would be interesting.

Exactly -- and that's been Russia's potential problem all along. They can theoretically overwhelm Ukraine with sheer numbers, but I can't see any way that a mass mobilization would work.

The difference largely is in terms of the young, who have generally been pacifistic. That hasn't changed for Russian young people, who want their social media, greater integration with the West, and typical millenial-type crap they see happening with young people in the West.

But the young people of Ukraine, in contrast, are just pissed that their way of life is being destroyed by Russia. And so they are much more willing to fight. If Putin orders mass conscription, that will change. But that doesn't look likely.

There also is the matter of equipping and arming all those recruits. Ukraine is being financed/supplie by the very wealthy west. Russia, as we are now seeing, doesn't have nearly the amount of functional equipment in storage as some may have believed. They'd have to either shift the economy to full war production, or start receiving large amounts of equipment from the Chinese. And I'm not sure the Chinese are going to be that willing to pour all those resources down the Ukrainian rabbit hole, and risk further antagonizing the West.

That's why Putin is trying to consolidate the offensive power he's got left for one big push. Because if that doesn't succeed, things are going to start getting worse for the Russian military in a hurry.

It is noble when someone tries to explain things to the conspiracy nuts, I salute your patience.

Interesting thing about this poster was, he believes BOTH Putin and Zelensky are in the K Schwab brigade.

Usually only Z is the globalist and Putin is on the side of God.

It may be progress if they start to place Putin in globalist ranks.

Or something.
