3rd Tanks was not in the original Ukrainian OB. That is indeed a reserve formation.
I understand a lot of the reserve armor was in Kharkiv, and not immediately available for mobilization.
We don’t have a clue as to what is going on. All we hear and see is Ukrainian propaganda amplified by the West’s MSM, which has a political agenda.
