This is something -
That data Michael Sussmann passed to the CIA in 2017?
The CIA concluded it was not "technically plausible" and was "user created and not machine/tool generated"
Durham has granted immunity to "Researcher-2" - identified as David Dagon.
Dagon raised concerns to Sussmann that the Trump data "was being unlawfully collected and used"
There's more. It's big.
Trial immunity is granted to Christopher Steele.
The issue: Whether Sussmann was "was acting on behalf of the Clinton Campaign when he assembled and conveyed the Russian Bank-1 allegations"

How legit is this?? Huge- if trie
I hope they gave trial immunity to Steele because he already spilled his guts on who ordered and paid for the CRIME.
&
If he can deliver big fish I would consider it. The deal better not be for him to escape justice if he gives up no worthwhile info
https://twitter.com/Techno_Fog/status/1515191651328790531To follow-up - @FOOL_NELSON and others make smart observation:
The trial immunity may go to Fusion employee pertaining to info on Steele.
"employed at" Fusion GPS to offer info on Steele.
They are likely right. mea culpa from yours truly.

It might be significant. OTOH, it might just be like giving immunity to Clinton aides during her server investigation.
Time will tell ... but I’m not getting my hopes up for anything done by the thoroughly corrupt DoJ.
Is there a statue of limitation on all this?
It’s been some seven years now with all this nonsense.
Durham is no different than Barr. A lot of talk and nothing else.
They already know what Steele will say otherwise he would not be granted immunity
The slow slog towards justice. Actual convictions ... maybe. Retribution ? Meghhh
The end cost of these actions gave us Biteme instead of keeping Trump as prez.
The damage now being done to our citizens, country and allies is unrecoverable.
The real insults to us are yet to come in having to watch the perpetrators get small fines, skate free or get the equivalent of a recess time out.
Short of the death penalty there’s really no deterrent from repeating these behaviors for our next election.
I've said from the start, Christopher Steele is the key to everything. He was in this from the beginning and he had contact with everyone (McCain, the FBI, Fusions GPS, et. al.).
I'm torn by these developments. *IF* Steele is 'spilling the beans' and it will *lead to the prosecution of the co-conspirators all the way to the top*, a deal with Steele would be worth it.
However, if he doesn't deliver and the co-conspirators remain free, a deal with Steele means no one of importance will be prosecuted.
Treason is a Capital Offense...
“ Is there a statue of limitation on all this? It’s been some seven years now with all this nonsense.”
The clock only started ticking when they lied to the investigators…. So there still time to nail the rats
No, it was torn down along with the Andrew Jackson one.
First one to sing gets the deal?
Steele better spill his guts at the trial.
(He probably already did under subpoena in deposition.)
LOL!
Bump
....Treason is a Capital Offense...
If Durham charges as such. Now that would be a shocker
