$50 wow adding insult to injury..
If you’re a paying American customer you need to land somewhere where there are proper customs services, but if you’re an illegal they give you a free midnight flight to small out of the way airports across the country and turn you loose. That sounds like Biden America.
Why are we even bothering with customs at airports anymore? Nobody cares if you walk across the Southern border without clearing customs, and the government will even give you a free cell phone and a plane ride to the U.S. city of your choice.
Not a JetBlue problem.
a plane company owned by Romney and Soros.
Real Americans NEVER fly JETBlue, because
it helps that traffickers and slavers and money launderers.
That is a flat out lie. Both terminal B, an C are set up to process international passengers. Terminal B is set up for all the carriers and I've seen JetBlue parked at the internatipnal gate.
I know a trick to get thrown off a plane using only a bar of soap and some shoe polish.
Sure. Blame the kids. The kids are panicking. We'll go with that.
He was having a serious nicotine fit.
Flight credits! Good only on that airline and for flying!
Why people hate airlines so much.
That’s ridiculous! Newark does have customs services, just not at the terminal JetBlue uses. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have parked at a hard stand near terminal C and gotten taken through the customs facilities there.
$50?? British Airways had a late delay and we missed our connection, they paid each of us $9 for lunch, $19 for dinner put us up in a posh hotel gave us breakfast and rides to and from the airport. They even flew us on BA instead of our American flight. That’s when we decided it is BA from now on for our flights free wine and two meals to boot.
Keep Calm and Carry On.
Snakes?
JetBlackAndBlue
Wrf. The other day AA made me transfer my luggage via train from Newark to LaGuardia. But when a passenger asks for it as an option it is a nono?
JetBlue is trash, though, they already booted out LetsgoBrandon masked people. Bunch of arse holes
The passengers should thank the flight crew for following the rules and diverting to Newwark because they are putting safety ahead of costs. The crew is well aware of what it costs to divert a flight, but they did the right thing, showed professionalism, and everything ended happily.
This is especially a problem outside the US where airlines put enormous scheduling pressure on the crews. The Lion Air 737 Max crash accident analysis shows that the captain knew almost immediately that the aircraft was sick because of the bent angle of attack sensor. Yet he tried to nurse the plane in the air and continue to their destination for 11 minutes while the FO looked up the emergency procedures in the manual that he was required to have memorized. The captain knew that the policy of the airline was to not pay the crew if they just returned to their takeoff airport where they could have diagnosed the problem and fixed it safely on the ground.
I would never criticize a flight crew for making a hard choice.
JetBlue needs to paint "Caveat Emptor" (Let The Buyer Beware) on their airplanes, and stamp it on their tickets.
Yikes! And you thought the Ukrainians had it bad.
Any landing you can walk away from is a good one.
The top tier airlines can pay more to hire the best qualified pilots. The budget airlines not so much. Couple that with all the quota requirements and I'd be a little hesitant to fly on these no frills carriers.
