Which, apparently, they will not be.
Another confirmation of my decision never to upgrade past XP-Pro.
In the bi-di languages (hebrew and arabic) the start button was on the right side.
I prefer that.
I for years tried to get the windows guys to allow that for every language.
They would not
I concider this one of my biggest failures
If I can't have Windows 7 on my next computer, I'll try Linux Mint Cinnamon.
I uncombined apps using the free “7+ Taskbar Tweaker” program.

I choose “Don’t Group” and say multiple instances of Firefox (free) or Word or Libre Office Writer (Free) or Notepad text editor (free in Windows C:\Windows) are separate from each other and I can drag them around on the Taskbar where I want them.
Their free “Textify” at the link is a great program to lift text off of dialog boxes. I have my keyboard shortcuts as: hold down the ctrl, shift keys and then click on the text you want with the mouse left button. Up pops up the text you can copy then paste into say Notepad.
For other text say off a image you can use the terrific “Snagit” program.
Capture images, video and text. I use the crosshair style and drag around the text I want after doing: ctrl, shift the T
Otherwise the Print Screen keyboard button as the hot key to capture an image.
You can also choose All-in-one and it gives you a choice of what to choose from.

I can capture video that my free “4K Video Downloader” is unable to like Twitter videos.
I am fine with the Windows 11 taskbar at the bottom centered. Though one option is to shift taskbar icons to the left, which I do half the time. It would be nice if you could make Win 11 taskbar icons larger. Perhaps one can? _________ Yes, via a registry hack, which I don’t like to do.
Placing your taskbar to the left, top, or right is for clowns. Maybe 2% of Windows Ten users do this.
Microsoft has a long history of breaking things that were not broken.
MS will eventually just do what they did with Windows 7 and their semi forced upgrde to win 10. One day I came back to the office and tuhduh, windows 10 was installed without my permission rendering my software and machinery, running on windows 7, useless. Luckily I back up so restored it. I have already toasted one installation of win10 with their forced updates which shut me down for two weeks (licensing issues with installed software). I already got a nag screen for win 11. FUMS. I wish their was an alternative but their isn’t for what I use.
People willing to use the product of a corporation like Microsoft that caters to totalitarian states deserve exactly the pain and frustration and misery they get.
I went to Apple years ago.....great decision!!!!
I hate distros where the Taskbar is in middle, and apparently, that seems to be where distros are heading. I want the whole task ar across the bottom with aps on right and left, and open programs or pages in the middle. This has worked perfectly well for me for 20.years, and there is noneed for it to change. Hopefully if windows goes with it in middle they have an option to have it traditional. Why cant they just leave features alone or at ,east give options? Sadly companies just don’t care. They will get enough people who just put up with it that their revenue will not, suff e r much if any.
Adobe photoshop didn’t give a rip about many users desires to keep it as a purchasable program. So lots of folks stopped upgrading around cs6 (I stopped at 5), and now we don’t get new features unless we decided to abide by their draconian rules (ie our work doesn’t belong to us, and can’t be retrieved if we let th3 subscription run out (don’t onow if they still do this? I haven’t been following it, because that alone soured me to the product-
Anyways. Crap. Looks like Ms is,pushing me totally away as well. All because some college grads the k they know what I shoukd want and not want, and because they can’t just leave well enough alone. . (Plus the fzct that they see shamlessly infected with phone home crap and deny the user control thst we used to have.)
Whatever MS. Is ihave windows 7 still and it’s all I need for certain offline activities. Linux has replaced you for,the most part in my house at least. I also, have cs5 and that is all i need for photoshop work. Wpild be nice to,have the new ells and whistles, but certainly not needed!
Well at least they haven’t (yet) forced holographic displays upon us where you stand in front of a display that’s there but not quite there and flail your arms about, trying to open sub-windows that may or may not contain the stuff you thought you had saved...
Yeah, my new laptop came with Win11, and there were a number of things there I’m not willing to put up with, so I upgraded to 10 (still not as good as 7, but at least livable).
