The 31-year-old has a lengthy criminal history and was out on a $50,000 bond for allegedly shooting a flare gun into someone's car with a toddler inside in South Carolina three years ago.

He was charged with discharging a firearm at an occupied vehicle, but the case is still pending due to a 1,330-case COVID-19 backlog in Charleston County.

If some law enforcement officer had just knelt on this SOB's neck back then this innocent young woman would still be alive.

Innocent women of LA owe Ms Kupfer a debt of gratitude as \a conviction of this bottom feeding piece of dog squeeze will keep him off the streets.

For a few years anyway, until some Soros funded social justice warrior DA decides to parole him early.

I live in the area.

This was hardly news.

And, it’s dead story now - unlike George Floyd. Everyone here knows his name.

Random attack not a hate crime

How would kneeling on the SOB's neck stop him? It didn't stop George Floyd.

What do you mean?

Kneeling on George Floyd (not his neck, exactly) immobilized him until the fentanyl killed him.

I meant the kneeling on his neck is not what killed him. As you point out, fentanyl killed him.

Wasn’t she a UCLA law student? I’m waiting to see she was a member of the campus conservative law student’s group. I’d bet a paycheck she supported BLM, hated Trump, loved LGBT.
If that’s the case, I have bigger things to worry about.
