The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).

Wow this took a while. Word eight unlocked the puzzle and recognizing its word ending.

Scratch my head...Wild-ass guess the first “name”.
Then it gets easier.
Looked hard for a few minutes, so I went to look at your clue image. That got me two words and I recognized what the whole quote. Funny thing is that I love this poem and had just posted it on my Facebook earlier this morning along with a photo and two verses of the poem.
