The incident took place at the end of February, when Russian military forces invaded the city that is located on the outskirts of the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv.
Investigative journalism group Bellingcat published the footage on social media on Tuesday and the video has gone viral. The visual investigations team of the New York Times has independently verified the video of the cyclist being killed by the Russian Army in Bucha.
"As soon as the cyclist rounds the turn, a Russian armoured vehicle fires several high-calibre rounds along the thoroughfare," reads the article.
"A second armoured vehicle fires two rounds in the direction of the cyclist. A plume of dust and smoke rises from the scene.
"Weeks later, after Russia withdrew from Bucha, a body in civilian clothes was filmed beside a bicycle in this precise location in a second video verified by The Times.

" As soon as the cyclist rounds the turn "
The “turn” or the rounded corner of the street where the cyclist rode into along with the green fence, seen at the end of the video seem to match up with drone video? At any rate a cyclist was fired upon.
We know from Islamic terrorists, that bikes have been used in attacks. It’s war.
No talk about false flags, deception or falsified wars and body counts are allowed on social media, unless allegedly committed by Russia. And yet you roll out the propaganda daily. Why?
Considering the way bicyclists ride where I live, am I supposed to be mad about this?
Can this be blamed on scared “trigger happy” conscripts?
Not that it makes it right.
Yep we have the body found in the street, and now the video
of the actual murder.
But nope the flat-earther-holicaset-denying-we-didnt-land-on-the-moon-putnistas wont accept it....
You have to admit that when civilians are taking up arms and firing on tanks with missile it makes all civilians look hostile.
"And yet you roll out the propaganda daily. Why?"
There is no propaganda, just a clear cut and dried video.
You're free to explain the reasons why this video is a fraud.
Considering there is like 500 people dead and counting in the same town, many of whom shot with their hands bound or apparently just walking out of their home, the answer is: no.
Putin and loyal Putinists have been very clear that they intend to exterminate Ukraine. Any and all opposition to them is “nazi.” Only the Kremlin’s useful idiots in the west pretend this is not so.
Was it just one cyclist or 5 taking up the whole lane?
You seem to continue having a problem with factual information not matching the narrative you want people to believe. You and “Q” are a good matching pair - despite your tagline.
You don’t find it a bit odd that a nuclear power and the biggest country in the world is always getting picked on by its smaller neighbors? It’s the same in every case: Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine, etc. Poor Russia. Always the victim.
“We know from Islamic terrorists, that bikes have been used in attacks.”
A couple of American soldiers were prosecuted for that line of thinking.
You sure you want to go down that road?

Any video immediately (uncritically) considered “cut&dried”, well, you might be a simpleton.
No. The interventionist and expansive nature of nuclear armed NATO is evident for th unbiased to see.

Finland seems pretty unbiased. Neutral and non NATO for 75 years. Now on the brink of NATO membership after four weeks of Putin’s mass murder in Ukraine. Methinks they know a bit more about the situation on the ground than you do in sitting in your armchair thousands of miles away. But do carry on with your geopolitical parlor game. I’m sure it’s an enjoyable hobby for you.
It’s a shame that has to be done. We killed plenty of civilians even kids who were attacking our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. I
Are these Russians too? https://twitter.com/SwaqqerLee/status/1511290395937935369
