I just went to the link. It’s not that they are “beautiful”. It is that they appear to be “shallow”. God designed females to be beautiful. You can dress up and give a makeover to pretty much any 20ish mall rat and she will be “beautiful” to most young men. But when one poses for the pictures shown in the article, and for public consumption, they are best avoided for any kind of long term relationship.

Or, maybe you can just apply the “hot/crazy matrix”.
