I am a manlet even before the term was invented. Somehow a handful of short men/taller women pairings means women will be more flexible about height, abd I have a bridge to sell you. I tried online dating in the 90s. Women tended to set the minimum height around 5'8" to 5'10"; more than half the men satisfied that requirement. Now based on Black Pill content, women want 6' or more; only around 15% of men satisfy that requirement.

At 5’7” I never had a problem with girls and women. As a matter of fact I had 4 other girl friends who I dropped when I met my now wife of 42 years.

The dating apps are what make it a problem. If that’s THE way people meet, and it currently is, and there’s a hard and fast cutoff criterion, then it’s over before it starts. Zero possibility, based on a number that rules out 85% of the dating pool before beginning the game.

I stand 5’9”. My tallest date, ahem, overseas was a Northern Chinese girl of 6’, and my shortest date,ahem, was 4’10”.

My tallest American date, ahem, was 6’.

In all these, other dimensions mattered not.

If you want to meet real women get out of the house and go where the women go dancing and get your arse up on the floor! How many times do guys go to those places and just sit there at the bar or table and can’t get their arse up on the floor leaving the women to dance with themselves?!
At 65 we still go dancing and we see the above all the time. Women don’t care how bad you dance they care about a guy willing to show they try. And that will get a real conversation going.
Also get of the damn play stations etc and get a real life fellas:-)

Funny story. Back in the early days of dating apps (1998, to be exact), I put a profile on a Catholic matchmaker site as a lark. I was contacted by three women during the 10 day trial period, two of which were thousands of miles away. The third one told me I was too short for her (She being 5'8" the same height as me), but she has a sister that is the "right height."

Well, 24 years later, the sister and I have been married for two decades. And my sister-in-law met another guy on that same site who she ended up marrying...who is the same height as I am.

My sister-in-law, brother-in-law and me myself all met our spouses on Catholic matchmaker sites. The result was three strong marriages and 14 kids to date.

So I would say that internet dating is useful if you have the right attitude going in -- namely that marriage is an institution created by God and is one man, one woman for life with the goal of begetting children and raising them up.

That’s because it’s really about money. When you bring a lot of money to the table. Things like height and weight are irrelevant. Those attributes can be taken care of by the pool boy.
