Five children rescued from the Turpin house of horrors were placed in a foster home run by an alleged pedophile who then went on to molest two of them, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Foster dad Marcelino Olguin, 63, has been charged with seven counts of committing a 'lewd and lascivious act on a child' and six of torture.
His reign of terror was said to have been aided and abetted by his wife Rosa, 58, and daughter Lennys, 37, who have both been hit with multiple child abuse charges, one of witness intimidation and another of fraud.
According to charging documents seen by DailyMail.com, Marcelino targeted two of the girls – one of whom was under 14 at the time – for 'sexual touching' on their buttocks and upper thighs more than 50 times.
He also 'told them they were sexy, recommended they not wear undershirts, said they had beautiful skin, forcibly kissed them and pulled a minor on top of him,' investigator Thomas Salisbury wrote in an affidavit supporting the charges.
Approached by DailyMail.com and asked if he was a pedophile and whether he regretted his treatment of the Turpin children, Marcelino said, 'F*** you', before hiding in his garage.
The story of the Turpin children's rescue from their abusive parents, David and Louise Turpin, now 60 and 53 made global headlines in January 2018. One daughter escaped from the house and managed to dial 911.
The children were aged between 2 and 29. The younger ones were placed in foster care.
For five of them, that meant going from the frying pan into the fire when they were fostered to the Olguins, according to the court documents.

Courts have always punished more severely children retaliating against abusive parents than parents abusing children.

Yea remember this case? The kids were held against their will in the house one child was actually 29 but she did not look it. She looked no older than 14. In fact when you look at their pics all the kids looked younger than they really were. All the kids had been starved, beaten and one sexually abused.
Yes, it’s such a sad story. I had to finally click the link and read the whole story. I hate going to that site, the ads are so abusive.
I just can’t comprehend how these people could have ever been placed with another evil family after being rescued from their first evil family.
They’re scarred for life!
Look, when i first read this story I assumed it was some white guy. This kind of crime seems to be an equal-opportunity sort of thing.
In parts of Mexico the legal age of consent is 12. Really low in other countries south of the border. Yet the left won't even allow a basic orientation at the border saying to leave those habits south of the border -- in any state in the U.S. the age of consent is much higher.
People who live in glass houses should not throw stones at others.
