All the focus is on YOU wearing a mask. But this is a distraction. The big violation of federal law is by the FAA and the airlines in allowing vaccinated pilots to operate the plane.
I hate all the nagging whenever I fly that I have to wear a mask. This is nonsensical because the randomized trials all show that masks make no difference (unless you are wearing a P100 respirator or better).
This seems to be a distraction though, because the serious violation is being done by the FAA and airlines themselves in allowing pilots who have been vaccinated with the experimental vaccine to fly. That’s prohibited under federal law.
This was very clearly brought to the attention of the FAA and airlines three and a half months ago on December 15, 2021:
Their response: crickets.
At a minimum, I suggest that the next time you board a plane, point out to the flight attendants that the plane is being operated in violation of federal law.
Time for a TRO?
I guess it is time to file for a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction in Federal court to prohibit these vaccinated pilots from flying. I am happy to fund this. It’s the right thing to do.
What do you think?

Even if this is true, I’m pretty sure if I mentioned this to the flight attendant, I would immediately be taken off of the airplane, and put onto the TSA No Fly list.
Nothing about FDA
§ 61.53 - Prohibition on operations during medical deficiency.
(a) Operations that require a medical certificate. Except as provided for in paragraph (b) of this section, no person who holds a medical certificate issued under part 67 of this chapter may act as pilot in command, or in any other capacity as a required pilot flight crewmember, while that person:
(1) Knows or has reason to know of any medical condition that would make the person unable to meet the requirements for the medical certificate necessary for the pilot operation; or
I have wondered about this. I am a former corporate pilot.
When I would go to the medical examiner for my 1st class medical, the FAA wanted me to provide a book of information. Yet when the covid “vaccine” arrived, it was like that medication never entered the conversation.
It would be interesting to hear from FAA medical examiners as to the instructions they are receiving from the FAA.
BTTT.
I hoped and thought this would be enough to stop the mandatory vaxx program, but I was wrong.
....”It would be interesting to hear from FAA medical examiners as to the instructions they are receiving from the FAA.....but in related news, FAA medical examiners have been told to shut the hell up or lose their jobs....”
There....fixed that.......
FAA Sued for Reverse Discrimination..

Obama’s fault.. thinks skin color is more important than competence.
My copy of the Constitution does not include the power to HAVE an organization like the FAA in Article 1 Section 8 as part of our Federal Government.
While a perceived market need is there... the FAA would better serve the civil aviation space as an IEEE or UL type NGO instead of a bureaucrat controlled nightmare.
One, I rarely fly.
Two, I know how to fly. Though I'm not high altitude/complex rated if I can handle a highly responsive aerobatic aircraft, I can drive a "bus" and get it on the ground safely. Ok, no aileron rolls, high yo-yos and such in a 737... ;-)
Three, I'm not vaccinated.
BTTT
As a private pilot and an aviation professional, this has been anticipated for a long time.
Which non-approved FDA medical products are you referring to?
Certainly not the covid vaccines which are approved.
I agree. I flew last week. The flights all required masks. On both the stewardesses announced they were still required by Fed law, but they they hoped it would be over soon.
You have got to be kidding.
You think you can go from what is probably a single engine, maybe even a single seat aircraft to one that is two stories tall, jet propelled, electrical, fuel and systems complicated as well as the hydraulics....
I doubt you could manage the radios.
By the way, since most air carriers are operated at very high altitude, a decent through cloud cover is common. I assume that you are instrument rated and have the necessary approaches logged to be current.
And of course since one never knows what make and model aircraft he might draw on a trip, you know the bug speeds for all of the phases of flight on each and all that you might be riding, from an MD-80 to a 747.
Genius or joke of the day?
Yoke of the year, perhaps. "I doubt you could handle the radios" - good one too, lol.
I don’t believe an EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) is the same as standard FDA approval after nearly a decade of testing, is it?

Show me where an EUA is insufficient.
BTW, the vaccines are fully approved.
Show me where a decade of testing is a requirement for approval.
The (not a) vaccine “approved” by the FDA is not available in the United States.
All the others, which are in use here, are non-approved.
Why are you such a shameless pusher?
