***At a minimum, I suggest that the next time you board a plane, point out to the flight attendants that the plane is being operated in violation of federal law.***

Even if this is true, I’m pretty sure if I mentioned this to the flight attendant, I would immediately be taken off of the airplane, and put onto the TSA No Fly list.

Nothing about FDA

§ 61.53 - Prohibition on operations during medical deficiency.

(a) Operations that require a medical certificate. Except as provided for in paragraph (b) of this section, no person who holds a medical certificate issued under part 67 of this chapter may act as pilot in command, or in any other capacity as a required pilot flight crewmember, while that person:

(1) Knows or has reason to know of any medical condition that would make the person unable to meet the requirements for the medical certificate necessary for the pilot operation; or

I have wondered about this. I am a former corporate pilot.
When I would go to the medical examiner for my 1st class medical, the FAA wanted me to provide a book of information. Yet when the covid “vaccine” arrived, it was like that medication never entered the conversation.
It would be interesting to hear from FAA medical examiners as to the instructions they are receiving from the FAA.

This is one I’ve been waiting for.

I hoped and thought this would be enough to stop the mandatory vaxx program, but I was wrong.

My copy of the Constitution does not include the power to HAVE an organization like the FAA in Article 1 Section 8 as part of our Federal Government.

While a perceived market need is there... the FAA would better serve the civil aviation space as an IEEE or UL type NGO instead of a bureaucrat controlled nightmare.

I'm not worried.

One, I rarely fly.

Two, I know how to fly. Though I'm not high altitude/complex rated if I can handle a highly responsive aerobatic aircraft, I can drive a "bus" and get it on the ground safely. Ok, no aileron rolls, high yo-yos and such in a 737... ;-)

Three, I'm not vaccinated.

BTTT

As a private pilot and an aviation professional, this has been anticipated for a long time.

Which non-approved FDA medical products are you referring to?
Certainly not the covid vaccines which are approved.

The Federal Air Surgeon determined that FAA medical certificate holders may not act as pilot in command, or in any other capacity as a required flightcrew member, for 48 hours after each dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. The Federal Air Surgeon made this determination after evaluation of available medical information about these COVID-19 vaccines and potential side effects. As a result of this determination and consistent with 14 CFR § 61.53(a), each person subject to part 67 who receives the vaccine must wait 48 hours after each dose before acting as pilot in command or as a required flightcrew member.

In the event that an FAA medical certificate holder experiences side effects after the 48-hour period has elapsed, the medical certificate holder may not act as pilot in command, or in any other capacity as a required flightcrew member as described at 14 CFR § 61.53(a) for the duration of the symptoms.

As additional data becomes available and the medical understanding of the side effect profile matures, the FAA will reevaluate the “No Fly/No Safety-Related Duty” timeframe, as appropriate.
