On Tuesday, the Food and Drug Administration authorized a second booster shot for the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna coronavirus vaccines, citing dwindling immunity in older Americans as a new omicron variant gains a firm foothold in the nation.
So should you rush out and get that new booster? And is that even a possibility yet? Here are some answers:
Q: Who’s eligible for the second booster?
A: Everyone 50 and older, as well as people with certain medical conditions, such as immune deficiencies and organ transplants.
Q: Why do we need yet another shot?
A: Data from Pfizer and BioNTech shows some decrease in effectiveness in the three-shot series — two primary vaccines and one booster — after three to six months. Dr. Peter Marks, the director of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, points to “some waning of protection over time against serious outcomes from COVID-19 in older and immunocompromised individuals.”
Q: Should I get one?
A: Following the FDA’s regulatory action today, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention updated its recommendations to allow a fourth vaccine for these groups of people:
• If you are age 50 or older.• If you had your third shot more than four months ago.• If you have a medical condition that compromises your immunity.

Q: What does the research show?
A: So far, there are only three studies of the second booster, all in Israel. So the data is considered preliminary.
The first study, in healthcare workers, was small. It found that this fourth shot boosted levels of protective antibodies. But it had only modest effectiveness — 31% for Moderna and 44% for Pfizer — in preventing infection.

Remember I didn’t stay at Holiday Inn Express, invent the internet, or knock up a movie star. That being said. I have taken a booster shot. I ate the proper amount of apple favored horse paste the first time, when I thought maybe I was ill with this BS. Then again when I thought I might have BS the sequel. So far so good. The only side effects I’ve noticed is my wife answers the phone “hello you horses ass”. Oh, and I really crave carrots and molasses cookies. 😉

Yup same here , pure blood for life. They could put a gun to my head and I wouldn’t take it. I’d rather die then then wonder which day I was going to randomly have a stroke or heart attack. Plus some of the side effects are awful. Two of my neighbors and an ex girlfriend got very bad rheumatoid arthritis and now have to take big pharma pills for the rest of their lives. A young cousin of mine got myocarditis at 18. Her cardiologist said it was something she was born with. Bullshit she never had any problems til she got the shot. They are hiding vax injuries and it doesn’t work to begin with. You’d have to be a total mental idiot to get another shot at any age

Q: Should I get one? No. Graphene oxide in the four Pfizer, Moderna, Janssen and Astrazeneca vaccines leads to potential problems. Ivermectin cancels the graphene oxide.
Even the home of banana slugs is obliged to note the ‘boost’ is minimal if any.
Other than Jack Daniels that’s the only shots I take. The JD more so than the horse paste. It’s not hard people, they’re trying to play us. I’m fine, the wife is fine, my horses are fine. The Jack Daniels is great. Get all the vax you want, take mine. “As for me give, me Ivermectin or Jack”. Sorry Patrick I couldn’t resist.

The shot causes immune deficiencies yet if you have immune deficiencies they recommend the shot.
My x son-in-law dad had the booster. A day later, he had clots in both legs. He is as of now in hospice, and they don’t know if he will make it the night
