His head DID "roll with the slap" ... and it appears TO ME, it is a well timed stage slap.

There is no welt or discoloration after the slap which ... having more surface area than a punch, SHOULD have produced SOMETHING which, imo .... didn't.

His eyes didn’t water, nor did he have any blood on his teeth or a runny nose, which will happen to some extent.
