For three years now, the Human Rights Campaign, the largest LGBTQ civil rights group in the U.S., has awarded Nestlé Purina with a perfect score on its Corporate Equality Index. The organization’s national benchmarking survey scores businesses on their corporate policies and practices relating to the LGBTQ community.

While we are proud of our perfect score, we’re prouder of the hard work we’ve done to become a welcoming, inclusive employer.

We do this because it’s the right thing to do from a moral and business perspective. We firmly believe that all employees — regardless of their sexual or gender identity — deserve to feel welcome at work.

And, a workforce made up of people with diverse backgrounds, beliefs and talents brings greater innovation and creativity, helps us understand our consumers, and makes it easier to hire and retain talent. That means creating an LGBTQ –friendly workplace.

No they need to celebrate sexual diversity in the workplace.

And of course it goes without saying, the company health insurance covers you if you want (you know what) types of surgeries done on your personal private parts.

So are the most talented workers going to be “LGBTQ” type people? Or are we saying that otherwise talented people will refuse to work for Nestle, turn away in revulsion, if they didn’t have a homosexual friendly environment? What are they saying?

***I wonder if I can just CLAIM to go through those surgeries, change my mind, and pocket all that cash. After all, I’m a lesbian trapped in a man’s body.

Does it mention the fact that Nestle is one of those companies that hasn’t figured out a way to keep aborted fetuses out of their products?

3blmedia.com is not a news reporting company. It markets companies, looking like news for those who won't see behind the Oz curtain. The messaging is an attempt to make an essentially corrupt European company, Nestlé Purina, headquartered in Switzerland, look like its gives a damn.

Why would a normal person go work there? He/she would be accused of everything under the sun and blamed for all failures.

Don’t you love how all of these companies are focusing on groups of people no larger than 10% of the country, and as small as 0.4%? Are they really bringing THAT MUCH diversity? There aren’t even enough of them to go around and fill all of these corporate demands!

JFC, we’re so screwed.
