Apple Prepares for The Great Reset With Plans to Make You Rent Your iPhone

“You will own nothing, and you will be happy.”

The mantra of the so-called Fourth Industrial Revolution for the globalist elites at the World Economic Forum has always been a challenging concept for most Americans to fully grasp. Our nation was built on the precepts of freedom, capitalism, and property ownership, so when the WEF’s mantra creeps into a conversation it is often met by scowls and consternation.

Well, not everyone balks. Some fall in line like good little lemmings. Neo-Marxists in America adopted the WEF’s slogan faster than the Che Guevara t-shirts they used to love. Those were replaced by George Floyd t-shirts, which were exchanged for “Get Vaxxed and LOVE IT” apparel, but I digress.

Apple is rumored to be making a move towards hardware rental. On the surface, this might appear to be an innocuous shift in business models that will help the mega-corporation print more dollars (or yuans, actually) by getting as many of their fans as possible to send them monthly fees. In reality, this signals a bear-hug embrace of the WEF’s beloved rent-everything-and-worry-about-nothing paradigm.

i’m Just asking.

I don’t pay enough attention to any of this. I was not aware places like the UK do not have 5g yet.

“You aren’t that interesting. Trust me.”

I’m as interesting as a J6 protester., so I “trust you” as much as I trust Pelosi/DoJ/USG.
You cool with that ?

Of course. The easier it is to replace the battery the longer you can go without replacing the phone. Rechargeable batteries have a finite life. And it’s shorter than the useful life of the rest of the phone. Every piece of electronics I’ve replaced in the last 5 years at least has been because the battery life was no longer useful to me. Like I said to the other guy: the answer to all your questions is money.

That is the sentence of a willful idiot choosing to believe all the silly stuff and never applying Occam’s Razor. Of course there is truth, and simplest solution is usually it.

I’m a fan of storing data on hardware that I own and know where to find it.

Usually after two years my phone is pretty beat up and I’m a sucker for the latest and greatest.

You raise a good point. My iPhone is about 3 1/2 years old. I cracked the screen about a year or so after I got it. Although it was annoying I cracked the screen, it is barely noticeable during use. About six months ago or so, I had to start fiddling with the charging cable to get the phone to charge. If I was traveling more or had to rely on the phone to run a business, I would have a new phone.

I have a few cracks in dings in my iPhone too. You only notice them when the phone is off. While using it, the screen is clear and perfect and you don't even notice the imperfections.

I haven't used a screen protector in over a decade. Those make the screen look much worse. So I just use my phone "naked" as those screens are pretty durable. I do surround my phone with a rubber bumper so if I drop it (as I often do), it's no big deal.

I only replace it when the battery life fails to get me through an entire day without recharging. Two and a half years in, I'm still getting through the day with the one I have. Plug it in at night and I'm good for another day.

It’s not that difficult to change batteries either. Although those screws are REALLY small. Need a good magnifier. I’ve probably done a half dozen of them.

Apple is in for major disappointment. Everyone is going to get a Q phone. (QFS). They will be free. Don’t waste time worrying about this stuff.

Ditto. My phone battery is still in good shape after 3 1/2 years. The charging port is the issue. The phone value isn’t worth getting it fixed

I already did. And like the other guy all you’ve got is insults. So we both know I’m right. But you can’t admit it. Have a great life.

Q-Anon is going into the phone business? Will a Q app be pre-installed?

I wasn't insulting you.

And here I'm going to point out your own logic re: Occams razor and the simplest answer usually being the correct one.

Hilight that word usually because it's not always true.

But it generally is. And in this case definitely.

Really what’s more likely:
Verizon, T-Mobile, et al being involved in some massive government conspiracy to get the last remaining hold outs to get always “on” cellphones so they can be tracked, and yet somehow none of the THOUSANDS of people who would have to be involved in this have written a tell all website
OR
Verizon, T-Mobile, et al being tired of the upkeep cost of an antique network only being used by customers on cheap plans who haven’t upgraded their phone in a decade
?

And before you answer that keep in mind that there is an established history of cell companies deciding some customers just aren’t worth the trouble:
https://www.mercurynews.com/2007/07/10/sprint-nextel-defends-decision-to-drop-high-maintenance-customers/

The facts are obvious. It’s better for the companies to convert those towers to 5G and drop 3G. Anybody who can’t see that is not looking. And anybody that thinks it’s actually some massive conspiracy is an idiot.

Let me level set this discussion with the following: If you'd have asked me this exact same question 2-4 years ago, I'd be giving the exact same answer as you are.

With what we know and the collusion between FedGov(Democrats & the swamp), Big Tech companies censoring, deplatforming and in some cases debanking those who disagree with them, the COVID-19 bullshit & lockdowns, daily propaganda that's spewed like a firehose at us daily vis a vis our Government, Media, Big Tech, and the ONLINE MONITORING of everyone thanks to Fascistbook's hooks into everything and their ability to track you without your even having an account on their "service", I can see why many think this is really about monitoring and control.

I cannot discount it 100% out of hand that this is purely an economic decision by the wireless carriers.

Could it be? Yes. Could it NOT be? Also yes. The creeping and blatant tyranny that's happening in this country should make us thoroughly question everything.

Given the time we live in and the fact that Government, media and big tech cannot be trusted at all at this point I think healthy skepticism and questioning is certainly appropriate.

Again, 2-4 years ago I'd have answered the exact same way you did. Today?

Nothing changed. That was the right answer 15 years ago when Sprint decided some customers weren’t worth the money. It was the right answer 1-4 years ago. It is the right answer now.

Really all you’ve done is point out the HUNDREDS of other, easier, cheaper, ways there are to track people in this world. Ways that have mostly existed for decades. You’ve really just given EVEN MORE reasons why such a conspiracy is silly. It’s laughably UNNECESSARY. They already have all the info they could want, from multiple sources. Disconnected 3G phones just don’t rate the trouble to do anything about.

That’s how they do it in China, and the globalists want it here.

Indeed I did. Undercut my own argument. Thanks for pointing that out.
