Suspect allegedly killed 2 PA troopers in crash after they stopped her for speeding minutes earlier

The woman accused of killing two Pennsylvania state troopers and a third man in a crash on Interstate 95 Monday was pulled over for speeding minutes before the crash, sources say.

Those sources say Jayana Tanae Webb was stopped by the same troopers she is accused of killing minutes later, FOX 29 Philadelphia reports.

After getting Webb’s driver’s license, registration and insurance information, Mack and Sisca left her with a warning to slow down. Sources tell FOX 29 the entire stop was caught on their dashboard camera and that the interaction lasted less than one minute.

The officers had to exit the northbound highway and get back on going south, to remove a man walking on southbound highway.

The drunk woman took same exit and on ramp, and tried to get through the gap between the police car and shoulder barrier, on the right. The police car would have have had red and blue lights blazing.

How do you aim at that gap, which is where the cops will be, by accident?

On heavy.com it showed her post she made right after being arrested and before the killing. She said she was recorded going 110 in a 50mph zone and she failed a drinking test?

Why was she even allowed to be let go? Are our police so afraid to anger the WOKE crowd they are not even enforcing standard procedure?

Any cop who releases someone who fails a field sobriety test, let alone allows them to get back in their car, deserves to be removed from duty. Let's just say he's lucky to have things turn out as they did rather than this drunk killing a family with kids by being released.

Was the test administered before or after the crash?

My gut tells me she didn’t fail a sobriety test and wasn’t going 110 miles an hour either. Cops would ticket for 110. Would hold for sobriety test. People brag a lot on the interwebs.

This is the first time I’ve heard that it was the same cops who stopped her, that she turned around and killed. Sounds intentional to me. There are no such things as coincidences.

Wish I had a dollar for every black convict that told me I "disrespected" him during my 25 years in New York State Corrections, I'd be rich. When they said that to me, I'd reply: "If you had any respect for yourself or your family, you wouldn't be in here."

That was definitely a bad decision on their part, and they ended up paying for it with their lives. I don't know what standard policy Pa. troopers practice, but if they had called for backup, and one of them had stayed with her while waiting for a new unit to respond, and the other one went to deal with the guy walking on the highway, then perhaps none of this would have happened.
