Did NBC News and Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiroâs office break both federal, state, and local laws during their recent NBC Nightly News story on JSD Supply?
Many people in the gun community are asking if any laws were broken after the story ran on the NBC Nightly News. When the hit piece was filmed, the news organization and the Pennsylvania AGâs office appeared to have broken multiple laws to produce their sensationalized hit piece on Americans building guns at home.

Yes, but you've got to realize that Some Animals Are More Equal Than Other Animals.
Both federal, state AND local?? (sorry couldn’t resist)
It’s just more slander from the left. They do that every time they open their mouths. 80% lower receivers, aka inert blocks of steel, are completely legal in PA. They should be legal everywhere, and every other 100% weapon. That should include every fully automatic weapon and without any stamp tax and registration. One reason for this: “Shall not infringe”.
**** Pennsy Ping ****
NBC? Well, it’s not like they blew up a truck’s gas tank in a fake hit piece or something.
Oh wait...
P.s. The new rule goes into effect as soon as April 1. Get your 80% lowers NOW.
Attorney General Josh Shapiro is a real scum ball. I hope to hell they can’t cheat his way into the Governors office.
News performers and Democrat politicians are above and not accountable to most, if not all of the laws we are.
I think it used to be called Sovereign Immunity. Hell, maybe it still is.
If you break the law to produce propaganda that our feral government approves, then you get a break; conversely, if you report actual truth that our feral government hates, you get censored!!
If and when one of your neighbors runs an armored vehicle with illegal weapons over your Panseys & Summer Snowflakes, let us know...
;>)
You really shouldn’t malign scum balls with a comparison to Josh Shapiro.
NBC selectively edited Vinroe’s 13-minute interview into a clip that ran only for seconds.
Two, three, five, whatever.
Wasn’t it NBC’s Chuck Todd that violated the law when he held up an AR15 magazine in Washington DC, in a hit piece he did on standard capacity magazines?
Nothing happened to him, either.
