“low-IQ, no-talent, lazy, irresponsible, rebellious, militant, and antithetical to ANY company’s success.”
I’ll bet they aren’t “team players”, either.
For sure. Many believe the GOP is the party of American values, and that they will defend middle class White Americans. Nothing could be further from the truth. The Republican party offers nothing but words, letters and political posturing. The leadership abandoned Trump and MAGA. Their collapse began with the election of Bush #41 and continues today.
Gonna bet the parents of the bipoc new elites are not going to be the same kind of donors as in the past, either
The real wakeup call was when the government collaborated with employers to flood the US job market with foreign college graduates; even in fields where the degree was required, there was no job security.
We need 500 pictures showing grass blade height. That’s when I started laughing. I live in Florida and love working on private owned vacation rentals.
That’s just the first hurdle; white men see the writing on the wall in the sense that after spending time and money on college, they’d be lucky to get a decent job - and even if they land it then they’d have a hard time getting promotions.
That is one reason (among many) young white men don’t go to college so much anymore - and the white women then bemoan the lack of “marriage material”.
At my job I’ve found the race/gender tokens useful in terms of managing my own workload; the bar has been set so low that working at their speed/competence can be done half asleep, and nobody can complain because the tokens are so blatant in their underperformance.
My wife has been at the top of HR of a couple companies that you would know.
She often says she has fired more Harvard graduates than any other school. For the reasons you mentioned.
They are all attitude and no productivity.
One entry level Harvard grad in particular wouldn’t do her own job but had a nasty habit of going to Executives in public places and lecturing them about all the things she thought they were doing wrong.
After she burned through a couple Personal Improvement Plans, she was terminated. Last I heard, she was calling her old coworkers, trying to get info to start a discrimination lawsuit.
But the common thread with the Harvard people is that they think they are way better than they are.
Well sir this might be fate in the making here!! What part of FLA?? I desperately wanna start migrating at least from MI but have zero contacts down there!!
Resume:
I’m old, cranky, stuck in my ways, but know how to follow instructions and my work is in the top 98% for quantity and quality!!
Inquire within! :p
Given what's taught at those schools, it's not much of a miss. It's mostly brain-washing. The only valuable higher degrees now are tech and medical, and Asians have long since out-studied white kids to take over there. I think the bipoc move to take over the humanities will result in a ton of unemployable, brainwashed brats with massive student loans, while whites move into the trades. And maybe some of them will gradually get a little un-woke when they get into the real world. Here's hoping, anyway.
Quantity**. !!
Black university admittance administrators in an act to create equality, disqualify their betters.
The reason for perceived inequality is inequality
California is no longer America.
Our society has demanded we be “anti racist” for so long, to allow non-whites every advantage at the expense of our own children, that we are down to two choices: either accept the demise of white society, or to openly support the interests of white people, and oppose any measure, any politician, any leader who supports granting advantages to non whites over whites.
You would think that there is serious grade inflation in private schools but it isn’t always true.
My kid went to a Top 200 private school. From Preschool to 12th grade.
He is now at a Top 30 college.
It is mainly public high schools that are doing the grade inflation. And where they do it is with AP and Honors classes. All those classes, at most schools, give kids a 5.0 out of 4.0 for an A.
Take a few of them and you get a 4.2 GPA.
At my son’s school, AP courses were like a tough college level. You could barely do a couple due to the homework load.
But we know public school kids who couldn’t hang in at son’s school that were taking 5 AP courses, doing sports, and working at Walmart or fast food jobs, yet still got straight A’s in their APs.
They could make it to a medium local college but weren’t accepted to upper public colleges because the colleges knew that a 5.0 public gpa was inflated much more than a 3.6 at a Day School.
The benefit of becoming a Harvard graduate, is never again having to be impressed by Harvard graduates.
“(Brentwood is) 60.6% white.”
Sounds right. I wonder how many voted for Trump. And the reason that I ask is that Trump COULD have ended/prevented this crap, but using the same federal money that the Dems keep tying strings to. No ACT/SAT to PROVE that you’re not excluding whites on merit, then no loans, aid, research money, etc.
And that was EXACTLY what he was doing to schools that schools who were expelling guys because a chick had regrets over sleeping with him.
The Dems gave us the tools to stop much of what they’re doing to the country, we need to learn how to better use them.
You did it exactly right!
“In a few years, UC graduates will be flipping hamburgers.”
That would be a step up since today they are coffee grinders, “baristas”.
“Sometimes I think my wife wonders how we pulled it off. “
I’ll go out on a limb and say “Hard work & drive.”.
“All our degrees will be useless.“
Participation diplomas should be.
This is where is now:
“Across UC’s nine undergraduate campuses, nearly 68 percent of all students who began as freshmen in 2014 had graduated by four years later. However, the rates are significantly lower for some economic and racial groups — around 55 percent for blacks and Latinos, for example.”
https://edsource.org/2019/university-of-california-aims-to-improve-graduation-rates-by-2030/617723
(per UC 2017 overall 4-year graduation rates are 72.6%; with 60% for blacks: see https://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/about-us/information-center/ug-outcomes)
UC set a goal to raise the 4-year graduation rate to 76% by 2030. There are only two ways to do that:
1. Admit only qualified, college-ready students
2. Dumb-down course and graduation requirements.
