Mountain of stolen bikes in man’s backyard so big it could be seen on Google Earth

Police have discovered a mountain of stolen bikes in a man's back garden so big it could be seen - on Google Earth. The pile of bicycles visible via satellite were discovered at a property in Oxford, England. Police officers visited the house on Giles Road, Littlemore - and found what looked like hundreds of bikes. ..."Cracks me up no one spotted it sooner. Surely you'd think it suspicious to have a garden overflowing with bikes?" Many agreed with this sentiment, wondering "Did the neighbors not think it strange...?"

In other news, my local WalMart has an astounding inventory of new bicycles. So many they have them out in the parking lot chained together because not enough room indoors. Like some smart guy predicted 5 dolla gas ahead of time...

So, I went on Google Earth Pro and looked for the pile of bikes.   I did finally find it but I could not even see one distinct bicycle at all.   It took me a few minutes to even find the house.

Yeah, if there’s good contrast you can see things smaller than a basketball, such as the fill caps for gas-station tanks.

There was something I saw somewhere about a family whose large dog was visible on Google Earth, so they were saying their dog was big enough to be seen from space.

A better use of google earth: find the gravitational wave detectors in Louisiana, Washington State, and Tuscany.

I found this idiot on Gewgle Maps, too. He lives in a duplex, and he had the bigger share of the house’s back yard, and he filled it with bikes. Imagine how the other guy living in the house must’ve felt!

Groan...you should change your name to “rimshot.”

That brings to mind a bad, juvenile joke from college about “peddling”. But I won’t share it.

Trading stolen bikes for dope?

Could be a small group of “teens”.

Nobody’s interested in returning them? Yes,I know the answer.
