A woman has been charged with murder and driving under the influence in a fatal interstate collision that killed two state troopers and a pedestrian in Pennsylvania.
Jayana Tanae Webb, 21, was hit with a battery of felony charges on Tuesday after she allegedly rammed the troopers on I-95 just moments after they had pulled her over on suspicion of drunk driving.
In January, Webb had boasted on Twitter: 'If you ask me, I'm the best drunk driver ever.'
Surrounded by steely-faced troopers, Webb hunched over silently in a grey hoodie as she was escorted out of the Pennsylvania State Police Troop K barracks in Philadelphia on Tuesday afternoon, footage from WTXF-TV shows.
During the transfer to Philadelphia Police headquarters, the accused killer's hands were shackled in front of her with handcuffs that belonged to the two fallen troopers: Martin F. Mack III, 33, and Branden T. Sisca, 29.
The shocking and tragic case unfolded around 1am on Monday, when Troopers Mack and Sisca pulled Webb over on suspicion of DUI - but then let her go free when they were called away to assist a man endangering himself by walking on the interstate.
About two miles down the interstate from where they pulled over Webb, the two troopers were helping the distressed pedestrian, 28-year-old Reyes Rivera Oliveras, get into their patrol car when Webb allegedly rammed into their police SUV at high speed, killing all three men.
Police say the impact of the crash knocked both driver's side doors off the trooper's SUV, and flung all three men into the opposite northbound lanes.
Webb remained at the crash scene in her badly damaged vehicle, police said.
Good Samaritans attempted to render aid to the troopers and pedestrian, but all three were killed by the force of the impact.

What kind of thing is this!?! Is this really a thing with lawmen posthumously counting coup against criminals? Are we supposed to ooh and aah with the poetic justice of it? This is a sad joke of what we have become.
Motor voter laws have caused an obscene amount of damage to this country.
The question is did she hit them on purpose?
Good question.
Why wasn’t there enough manpower to deal with both the DWI and the pedestrian on the interstate?
I guessed Watermelondrea.
Qs: Did they have her do a Breathalyzer before they released her? If so, what was the result? If she blew anything over the legal limit and they let her go because of a manpower shortage...
She may or may not have done it intentionally.
But you can bet a black driver killing two white state troopers and a Hispanic pedestrian is why the case won’t be wall to wall in the enemedia.
Sounds hinky. How can authorities not know who the troopers had pulled over...
Wonder if there’s going to be an attempt to cover up a manpower shortage...
If they troopers did have time to test whoever they had pulled over, wonder if those results will now disappear....
Well, this is interesting if it’s the same person...

There was. It doesn't take two cops to drive a car.
Since her blood alcohol level was twice the limit {that's staggering, falling down drunk} one cop should have stayed with the ho and called for a bus, while the other one went ahead to assist the guy that they got killed {along with both of them}.
They had adequate numbers, but not enough brains {or balls} required for them to tell the dispatcher that the bimbo was stoned and someone had to stay to prevent her from driving.
As and aside, in my younger days, I was pulled over for drunk driving, and the two cops got a call to a fire, and they cuffed me and put me in the back seat {I beat that rap} and I stayed there for over three hours.
I'm sorry they got killed but it was the cops fault.
Based on the pedestrian’s name, I wonder how many times he has been deported before he wandered down the interstate in a drunken stagger.
Yeh, why couldn’t they have cuffed her and/or taken the keys.
The paycheck protection loan is for someone with a small business employing people. Did she get one of those at age 20? Or was it her mother or some other relative with the same name?
Protocols have changed, though. Especially for after dark. But it would be helpful to know what the protocols in place were.
Also, if the perp had actually been taken into custody before the troopers left the scene.
I’m still thinking this was a manpower issue.
If so, Harrisburg has some explaining to do.
I’d also like to know of the perp had ever been arrested fir DWI before. And if so, what was the result of the charge/s.
“Jayana Tanae Webb”
Let me guess the species.
And the full charges against the perp.
RIP Martin
