Rogan confuses the value of institutional knowledge with the self-appointed, assumption of power beyond that of our elected officials.It's not an uncommon confusion. Many people don't value that knowledge and experience. "Draining the swamp" could mean losing that institutional know-how. Rogan is wrong in going too far, but so do many people on the other side.
