And that still would not be a successful transformation from male into female. While gender change is possible, it is limited to changing male into neuter, or female into neuter. No amount of hormone injections or even sophisticated surgery can change the chromosome configuration from XY to XX, or XX to XY. And the lie is confronted in every cell of the body.
