Republicans demand new probe into Hunter Biden laptop, coverup
A growing number of Republicans around the country are demanding a new investigation into Hunter Biden after the New York Times confirmed the authenticity of a laptop whose contents were published by The Post 17 months ago.
Though The Post exclusively revealed in September 2020 the existence of Hunter Biden’s laptop and the potentially compromising material contained there, the story was censored by social media companies at the behest of the Democratic Party. Mainstream media outlets — including The Times — attacked or ignored The Post revelations, while the Biden administration falsely suggested it was part of a Russian disinformation campaign.
More than 50 intelligence agency officials publicly attempted to discredit the coverage saying it had “the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation” — and none offered any apology when contacted by The Post this week.

Democrats are trying to complain that even though the laptop is real, there is no way to tell if the contents have been tampered with.

I have always maintained that credibility was the only thing a news outlet has to sell. If they prove to be dishonest, they forfeit, at least to me anyway, their very reason to exist. The New York Times is worthless as a news source, as far as I am concerned going forward.
More than likely, that is correct.
When Democrats “want a new probe,” SWAT teams show up before sunrise, with CNN camera crews along for the ride. There are perp walks, and every single computer, hand-held device, and external hard drive is confiscated for an in-depth analysis.
When Republicans “want a new probe,” much waving of tiny, clenched fists occurs.
This is an indictment of the American media for their part in the coverup. They wanted Biden to win and they conspired to keep his son’s scandal out of the news.
When it comes to evidence of criminal behavior by liberal democrats, the phrase “pointing out the obvious” used to mean pointing out the obvious. Today its 2+2=5. Winston. We’re witnessing the very evolution of a scripted global society. I hope I’m dead before it gets “really bad”.

I’m waiting for the Dems and their media henchmen to claim the computer shop owner is a Russian agent who was being paid by the Trump campaign.
The Republican party has an abysmal record when it comes to holding people and organizations accountable for their actions. That applies to all three branches of government.
