Democrats are trying to complain that even though the laptop is real, there is no way to tell if the contents have been tampered with.
Wait, what?
I’m waiting for the Dems and their media henchmen to claim the computer shop owner is a Russian agent who was being paid by the Trump campaign.
Tampered with. That’s rich. Tampered with.
Like, with a cloth?
Hogwash. Its fairly easy to do forensic analysis of the laptop or the copies.
It is extremely hard to “tamper” with large bodies of text, especially when the thread of what you’re trying to alter extends across multiple machines and multiple times. Think of long email threads that just go back and forth, sometimes with additional recipients.
It’s not like the old Stalinist trick of airbrushing people out of photos. Even then, we know that people were airbrushed out because we have the originals. And remember, EVERY email is in AT LEAST two separate and independent places at the time it was sent. You can’t “alter” contents with any hope that you won’t get caught out.
