I understand. I hated grade school, jr. high, and High School. Once I started College, my disposition changed. I have tons of Credit Hours in all sorts of Subjects. I loved College and University. I have credits from at least 6 different Institutions, more than most BA or BS Graduates.
I never really attained a Degree until I went into my current field. I could probably get 2 or 3 ....4 year diplomas by taking just a very few Courses. It has never been an issue with me. My obsessions lay elsewhere.
I feel ya. I took my time and tried out biology, chemistry, psychology, and finally settled on physics and mathematics. If not for the Internet and my having certain skills in that regard to capitalize on, I probably would have been an Ivory Tower nerd a la Leonard Hofstadter.
